We’re inviting you to invest 10 weeks of your summer to help shape the lives of young people through mentoring, leadership development, and community engagement.

Our work is grounded in a holistic approach that nurtures the physical, mental, spiritual, and relational well-being of each youth.

  • Middle School Programs – Brotherhood & Sisterhood Coordinators (2 positions)
Lead and mentor middle school students in our leadership development programs focused on identity, faith, and community building.

  • Communications Coordinator (1 position)
Use your creativity to capture and share the stories of our summer through photography, videography, and social media content.

  • Summer Youth Program Manager (1 position)
Support program coordinators in planning and evaluation, provide spiritual and leadership development for staff, and walk alongside youth and families throughout the summer.

Compensation: Coordinators positions $20.00-$22.50 per hour, Manager position $24.00-$27.50 per hour.

Hours: Monday through Friday; 8:30 AM-5:00 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break daily. Occasional evenings. The Big Event (Closing Summer Program) is Tuesday evening, August 12, 2025.
