On January 26th, we’ll go through topics 1 and 2 and a workshop session. Please bring yourself, the workbook, and a pen or pencil.

– Learn effective research techniques to identify roles that match your parameters.
2. AI-Proof Resume and Cover Letter
– Craft a standout resume and cover letter that not only impresses human recruiters and managers but also navigates AI application tracking systems.
– Understand the nuances of keyword optimization and formatting.
On February 1st, we’ll go through topics 3 and 4 and a workshop session. Please bring yourself, the workbook, and a pen or pencil.

– Discover authentic ways to build meaningful relationships with people you don’t know yet.

On February 8th, we’ll go through topics 4-6 and a workshop session. Please dress for an interview and bring the workbook and a pen or pencil.
5. Interview Like a Boss
– Nail your interviews with confidence. We cover behavioral questions, case studies, and situational scenarios.
– Practice mock interviews to refine your responses and body language.
6. Negotiate Your Salary Offer
– Learn negotiation tactics to secure the compensation you deserve.
– Understand market rates, benefits, and how to advocate for yourself.

Locked in Solidarity 2026
Highrock Beyond Bars invites you to gather with and on behalf of those affected by incarceration to encourage practitioners, engage with stories of change, and be equipped in the pursuit of justice, redemption, and restoration.
This year’s conference highlights the “work behind the walls” at MCI Shirley and the challenges of reentry. The conference will feature leaders with both personal lived experience and long-time experience working directly with returning citizens and people who are currently incarcerated. We’ll be hearing from:

- Leslie Credle (Justice 4 Housing)
- Berk Fharra (Boston Recovery Foundation)

Poverty 101 Workshop
Join us for an engaging, interactive, and insightful workshop equipping participants to better love
and serve through relational poverty alleviation. It will provide tools that will help each of us find the
best ways to engage with the people God puts in our path.
In this fun, engaging and sometimes uncomfortable workshop, we will:
1. Learn to distinguish material and relational poverty.
2. Increase our self understanding of class, our assets and how they impact our view of self and others.
3. Review a biblical basis for mutual brokenness.
4. Evaluate the difference between helpful and toxic charity.
