Perspectives Course

Perspectives is a fifteen-lesson discipleship course exploring different aspects of God’s global purpose in a multi-faceted learning experience. The course examines the story of God fulfilling His promises from four vantage points or “perspectives” — Biblical, Historical, Cultural, and Strategic.

We are opening the first night for anyone interested in the class at no cost. We still have discounts available for groups of people from the same church and members of the same household. Bring a friend!

Perspectives on the World Christian Movement

Perspectives is an awe-inspiring comprehensive course that has profoundly impacted hundreds of thousands of students during the past 45+ years. From Genesis to the prophets, Jesus to the early Church, and St. Augustine to the present, students learn how God moves, how the global Church responds, and the remaining task of world evangelization.

Perspectives isn’t a course solely about world missions. It’s a study program rooted in Scripture clarifying each believer’s remarkable opportunity to co-labor with God in His global purpose.

ENGAGE: Volunteer and Staff Opportunities with the Navigators in Boston

ENGAGE is a gathering for individuals interested in disciple-making who would like to learn about volunteer and staff options with the Navigators in Boston and New England.  The vision and overview of the Navigator will be featured as well as breakout sessions on  1.) campus ministry 2.) workplace ministry  3.) prison ministry.  There will be also be lunch discussions on Navigator staff options and global missions.

The Navigators (www.navigators.org) is an inter-denominational ministry that shares the gospel of Jesus Christ and helps others grow in Him through Life-to-Life® discipleship. Navigators do this on college campuses, military bases, in workplaces, inner cities, local communities, and hard-to-reach places all over the world.

Sundance Award Winning Documentary BEYOND UTOPIA

Sundance audience award-winning BEYOND UTOPIA is a powerful documentary of a South Korean pastor working with an underground network to help defectors escape from the horrific regime in North Korea. Made up primarily of first-hand iPhone footage, the film follows two families as they make the treacherous journey to freedom. Watch the trailer  here.

The film is screening next Monday and Tuesday, October 23-24 at theaters throughout greater Boston. Our prayer is that as many people would not only watch the film, but see it with their faith groups and friends to be able to process and respond together.
