Bridging Divides Across Christians for the Flourishing of the City

Come, Holy Spirit

This is B1 Ministry’s fourth women’s conference—and what began as a vision to bring women of faith together from across Boston and New England has grown into something truly special.

Our first conference, Intentionally Placed, took place in 2021, followed by Welcoming Joy in 2023 and Jesus, Savior, Healer, Friend in 2024. If you’ve joined us before, you know what makes these gatherings so meaningful: a room full of women, beautiful worship, thoughtful teaching, honest conversation, time to reflect, and those unexpected moments that stay with you long after the day is over.

If you’ve never been, this is a wonderful time to join us.

This year, we’re turning our attention to the Holy Spirit—who He is, how He works in our lives, and what it can look like to become more aware of His presence. As the third person of the Trinity, the Holy Spirit is not simply a theological idea to understand, but God’s presence with us—guiding, challenging, comforting, and transforming us in ways that can change how we see ourselves, our relationships, and our everyday lives.

We hope you’ll come curious, open, and ready for a meaningful day together.

Homecoming

“Missions exists because worship doesn’t.” – John Piper (Let the Nations Be Glad)

Any place that doesn’t declare Jesus as Lord needs a missionary. The Great Commission was Jesus’ parting command to every disciplethat our job is to make disciples of every people, tongue, and tribe. New England is a mission field. You live in New England. You are aNew England missionary.

HOMECOMING 2026 is a conference to help us New England missionaries grow in our boldness in preaching the gospel message andconfidence to go to Him outside the camp and bear the reproach He endured.

HOMECOMING 2026 aims to accomplish these objectives:

  1. Remind us of the sweetness of the pure gospel message
  2. Discover how being kingdom-minded should empower risk-taking for the Kingdom
  3. Learn practical evangelistic takeaways to reach the lost
  4. Answer common New England-specific objections to evangelism
  5. How to use the gift of marriage and the gift of singleness for the kingdom
  6. …and so much more!

“Therefore let us go to him outside the camp and bear the reproach he endured.” ‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭13‬:‭13‬ ‭ESV

Global Leadership Summit

Join us at this summer’s Global Leadership Summit.
Hosted at both Grace Chapel & North River Church (August 6 & 7)

The Global Leadership Summit is one of the largest leadership conferences in the world. In this two-day event you’ll engage with other local leaders as you hear prominent experts from both the marketplace and ministry share their wisdom.  This will help you:

-Become better leaders
-Tackle leadership challenges
-Refine strategy
-Build a thriving culture.

The GLS is perfect for both individuals and teams who want to grow their leadership skills.  In 2025 over 350,000 people attended in over 110 countries.  The GLS is run live from Willow Creek Church in Chicago, and livestreamed to thousands of host sites worldwide including in the Boston area Grace Chapel in Lexington, Watertown and Wilmington, and North River Church in Pembroke.  For more info checkout www.GlobalLeadership.org/Summit,  or contact Grace Chapel (www.Grace.Org/GLS) or North River Church (www.NorthRiverChurch.org)

From Pastor Stephen Nyakairu:
Here are just two testimonies from leaders who have attended the Summit through Grace Chapel:
“As a police chief, I am selective about how I invest my time and professional development resources. I initially questioned whether a leadership conference delivered through a local host site could provide the same value as attending in person, but I was pleasantly surprised by both the quality of the speakers and the relevance of the content. Through Grace Chapel, I experienced the Summit in a live host-site setting that created an engaging atmosphere and sense of connection, making it feel as though we were part of a much larger event.
The Global Leadership Summit delivered practical leadership lessons, diverse perspectives, and a positive message that could be applied immediately within our organization. I found the experience so valuable that the following year I sent more than half a dozen members of my leadership team to attend.
Investing in the development of our people is one of the most important responsibilities of any leader, and the Summit provides an outstanding opportunity to do just that. We intend to continue sending members of our department in the years ahead and would recommend the experience to leaders in public safety, government, business, and nonprofit organizations alike.”
—Justin M. Hanrahan
Chief of Police, Watertown Police Department
“As the CEO of a small business, I was always on the outlook for time- and cost-effective ways to grow my team and invest in them personally and professionally. I found the Global Leadership Summit to be the perfect combination of both of these goals. I had my local team join me and asked others across the country to find a host site near them which meant no one had to travel to hear these world-class speakers. We had some fun and important conversations in the weeks following the event. And, I also had each person buy a book from their favorite speaker and we used that as a future way to share across the team what we were learning and putting into practice to grow our business.”
