In this video, Greg Holder contends for Christian unity and community as “God’s answer for our fractured world.” Considering Jesus’ prayer for his followers “that they would be one,” Holder encourages Christians to embrace oneness in Christ.

He says: “Jesus doesn’t pray that we would be cool or popular, or win all the theological debates, or end world hunger, but he prays that we would be one. And if we are one, then the world starts to pay attention to the fact that the Father sent Jesus. We have forgotten how important it is to flesh out how important it is to be one.”

Holder is the pastor of a church plant in St Louis that has grown to 8,000 people  across four campuses and online, and is the author of a new book “The Genius of One.”
