Sublet would be June 1 – July 31, rent $1380 + utilities, room & apartment is furnished. Four working professional men (3 Catholic, 1 agnostic), looking for one roommate to join our apartment in Inman Square in Somerville. House was completely renovated in 2014, central air, in-unit laundry, back porch. We have setup a gym in the basement with a tonal & exercise bike. Walkable to Harvard, Central, and Kendall Squares, and MIT. 3 current roommates have a car and use Somerville street parking
