Summer Sublet – Brookline, $600/month, July 1 thru August 18

Hello! I am looking for a subletter for my room this summer.

The house is a third floor apartment at an amazing location in Brookline, overlooking Clark Park and a 7-minute walk to the Brookline Hills T-stop on the Green Line. You’ll be living with two other awesome Christian women, in a furnished room with porches.

Rent is $600/month, plus utilities which run about $70 per month. I’ll be out of town from July 1st to August 18th, so let me know what timeframe you are thinking and we’ll make it work.
