The room is available for $1,434 per month through September and will increase to $1,484 thereafter. It is a medium-sized bedroom with space for a full-size bed and desk, includes a closet, and features two windows for natural light. The private bathroom is located directly across the hall—while not en suite, it is immediately accessible from the bedroom.Additional details and conveniences:
Utilities are not included and typically range from $60–$120 per person (occasionally up to $125 during winter months)
Laundry facilities are located on the second floor, with access to both laundry areas in the building

I’m a 46-year-old Boston Public School art teacher. I’m laid-back, social, and also value my personal space. I do not drink (though I have no issue if you do) and am a member of Central Square Church. I enjoy cooking and working on my art. I rarely have guests—typically once or twice a month for short visits.About Noah:
