I am a trained Pilates instructor and would like to offer free classes to people in the Dorchester/Dudley/Roxbury community. My vision is to use these free classes as an open door to sharing prayer, scripture, and the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I would spend about 10 minutes sharing Jesus, and 45 minutes teaching Pilates.
The sort of space ideal for such a class is an open space with a somewhat soft floor (carpet, wood, linoleum, vinyl), although a hard floor could work fine. It would be perfect if there was a small amount of storage space for yoga mats and cleaning spray, but this is not necessary.
I am looking for a space that would be available for a little over an hour once a week, in the late afternoons/evenings/weekends. It would also have to be a space where I am free to speak plainly about faith in Jesus Christ.
