Hello!
We have one bedroom available for a female in our lovely 3-bedroom, 1 bath apartment near Teele Square, Somerville.
Details: January 1-August 31, 2025
Rent: $834/month plus utilities
First and last month ($1668) will be due by January 1st.Your Room: bright and sunny with a standard sized closet. The room is big enough for a full/double sized bed, desk, and dresser to fit comfortably, but comes unfurnished
The Apartment:
-spacious with lots of natural sunlight
-large, sunny kitchen with walk-in pantry
-dining room (currently used as a crafting/multipurpose space)
-living room
-shared hallway closet for coats etc.
-1 full bath with tub
-not one, but two porches (front and back)!
-88 and 87 bus stop right outside
-15 minute walk to Davis Square Red Line T Stop
-coin-op washer/dryer in the basement
-street parking by Somerville permit ($40/year)
-sadly, no pets allowed 😔Your Roommates:
Angela is 29, works as a mental health professional in a local High School. When not working, studying, or serving at church, Angela enjoys exploring nature trails, taking art, dance, and fitness classes, meeting up with friends to try new restaurants or see live music, or of course, a good quiet night in! Respectful, laid back, and quiet.Kate is 31 and currently works in healthcare in addition to working with children. When she isn’t working or busy chasing after cute babies and toddlers, she enjoys writing, crafting, outdoor adventures and spending time with friends. Friendly, clean and respectful.
Our home: While we do enjoy time together, we especially love that our home is a very peaceful and restful place for each of us to relax and unwind. We are hoping to find someone looking for the same!
