Hello,
I am a 35 year old CF single mom with a soon to be 2 year old. My current housing is up mid-Oct and I am wondering if either a) anyone else is looking to sign onto a 12 month lease and would like to househunt together; b) if there are any families, women, or intentional communities who have one or even two bedrooms they are able to rent to us. I’m hoping for clean, hard wood flooring, updated housing in a safe neighborhood not too far from public transit and maybe even a Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods + playgrounds or ample yard space! Open to any creative trade offs too, such as living with other families etc. Zero alcohol and zero smoking please thanks.
Hey I have an apartment much like the one you’re looking for. 1 bedroom 500 Sq feet clean hard wood floors with a 2 minute walk from the train station, a park behind the apartment and a whole foods down the street.
It’d be a reduced lease term ending in July 2022 for 2525 per month
