Share Apartment – Not Temporary (Males Only)

Looking to share a very nice clean two floor apartment in Beverly in a very nice four family home with hopefully a MALE with Christian like characteristics Christian to me means no heavy drinking, no smoking, no drugs and no overnight guests. Current Christian male roommate has been years two years and is moving out of state. You would have a bedroom with lots of storage in two very big eves in the room and one closet. Currently, I don’t have cable but we could get it. There is wifi and a wireless printer that would be free.

There is assigned off street parking, a small porch and a good size shared kitchen with a dishwasher. Refrigerator and freezer has lots of room because I don’t cook a lot but I have lots of stuff to cook with. Nice plates, dishes, glasses, pots, pans, crock pot, blender, toaster, microwave ect… Bathroom has full size tub and shower with good pressure and temp. Bathroom would be shared also…I am pretty neat for a guy. Very, very short walk to the train station and downtown Beverly. Lots of restaurants, cafes, shops, stores, chocolate and only an 8 minute walk to the beaches. ocean and parks. Great places to jog and bike too. Not too far Stop & Shop and Cummings Center.

Lots of storage in the basement. Very nice well maintained coin-op washer and dryer in a clean (not a creepy basement). Never a line or wait! There is no living room right now because I use that space for a studio and office on the first floor. (Very rarely do clients visit.) If you are a artist or need a home office I am sure we could work something out for a space for you.

Place is well decorated with nice hardwood floors in all the rooms. Large back hall has a small sitting room with to chairs and a TV. Porch has two nice cushioned chairs and table. I have a quiet friendly but kind of shy (not smelly) cat.

Sorry but I DO NOT want anybody who smokes, does drugs, drinks heavy, plays loud music or is going to have overnight guests. I am cool and easy going believe it or not.

My rent right now is $1,500 a month. I’d like to split the rent and utilities which run me a total of about $30-$140 a month depending on the season. (It’s good gas heat and hot water.) So the rent is $750 plus half the utilities.

Move in time is October 15th.

NO DOGS! Landlord will not allow them. No exceptions…no matter how small they are and how much they look and act like a cat. No dogs.

Let me repeat…no dogs.

Day bed, artwork and AC shown in photo of room do not come with the room.
