Seeking one male roommate for apartment in Waltham, move-in mid-August

Hi all!

I have an available room in my 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment in Waltham for a 1 year lease starting in mid-August. Move-in date can be flexible. The monthly rent is $800 per person ($1600 total) + utilities (usually $80-120/month depending on season). There are 2 tandem off-street parking spots available, central AC, and lots of storage space.

I am an Eastern Orthodox Christian and a young professional who works as a synthetic chemist at a local biotech company in Waltham. I have a regular 8-5 working schedule and go to sleep usually 10-11pm and wake up around 6-6:30. I am quiet, clean, and considerate, and enjoy taking walks, listening to music, cooking, and reading.
