Seeking a male housemate for a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment about ten minutes walk (0.5 miles) outside Davis Square. Free laundry in the apartment + a dishwasher.
The available bedroom will be empty but the rest of the apartment is furnished.
Available September 1 with some earlier flexibility possible. Rent per person is going to be $1390 per month + utilities (gas, electric, internet just under $95. per month average in the last year).
I’m a quiet roommate, like to cook and host folks (I have been doing a regular Friday dinner this year), have in the past hosted small groups or similar functions through my church (but would touch base with a new roommate before that happened). I’m a professional potter, pottery teacher and sometimes scientist.
