Hi! My name is Susan and I am looking for new home for a Sept 1st or earlier move in.
Location: Malden/medford/Somerville
Budget: max $1300 for rent+utilities.
A little about me: I am in my 40s work as an accountant for a nonprofit in Cambridge. I have a hybrid schedule. I am an introvert but love people and would love to get to know my roommates. I like movies, musicals, country music, Disney, puzzles, and crocheting. Occasionally going out to try different new restaurants. I am clean and like a clean house. I have a car and prefer off street parking
Roommates: Looking for 1-2 kind, considerate and clean female roommates, ideally in their 30s/40s. Christians household. Want to join an existing lease but also open to apartment hunt. I would love to be friends and hang out, but I also value alone time and space to recharge when needed. Can’t do cat but can handle small dog.
