I’m seeking a clean, responsible female subletter for May 1–August 31 (some flexibility) for a large private bedroom in a Somerville 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom with a spacious eat-in kitchen (1st floor of a duplex house). The available bedroom and its closet are pictured. Rent is $992/month per person. Utilities + WiFi will average about $50/month. I accepted a job offer in another city and need to move before the lease is up. Our upstairs neighbors are friendly and have never thrown any wild parties or anything like that. We share the basement washer and dryer with them.
The landlord has been very nice and responsive to any maintenance requests. The toilet is brand new. The landlord requires subletters to fill out an application and sign a subletter agreement (available on request if you’d like to check those out).
