1 bedroom + office for $1200 + utilities in Weymouth (option to rent only 1 room for cheaper)
I am looking to sublet my room in East Weymouth to a Christian woman. You’ll be sharing the apartment with 2 other amazing Christian women who are working professionals and a small dog.
The sublet will be available April 15-June 30, with the option to renew for the year on July 1.
The house is a 4 bed, 1 bath (only 3 roommates total) with in unit laundry and a parking spot in the driveway.
I am currently renting two rooms for $1200 – one as a bedroom and the other as an office, but is shared with the roommates as a guest room. You have the option to rent one or both rooms as well.
It’s super accessible for commuters – 1 mile from the East Weymouth Commuter Rail station and 10 minute drive to the Braintree T station.
