5-7 minutes walk to the Red Line, available March 1, 2018! Rent plus utilities comes to under $450/month total.
Located in Dorchester in the JFK/UMasss area, we live on the 3rd floor of a triple decker. The apartment has 4 bedrooms, 1, bath, kitchen, spacious living room and back deck. The bedroom is small and cozy with no closet, but the current tenant has fit a twin bed and wardrobe.. There is some convenient shelving installed as well for lightweight storage. One window which gets lots of sunshine. If interested, the room comes with a free twin bed. Also, a large wardrobe that is in the room is being sold by the current tenant. Pictures available, just ask! No onsite laundry is available, but there are a few laundromats close to the apartment. On street parking with a resident decal is available.
Our current apartment is a mixture of ladies in their late 20’s and early 30’s working and in grad school, and one cat. We’d love to find a Christian woman who is looking to be involved in our apartment community. No smoking or dogs, please.
