We’re looking for a female roommate to join two Christian women (mid/late 20s) in a three bedroom apartment. Gorgeous apartment with living room, dining room, renovated kitchen, one bathroom and in-unit laundry. Rent is $1200/person, utilities not included. Convenient 10 minute walk to either Central or Harvard Squares and one block from a 1 bus stop. We’re looking for someone who’s interested in being involved in one another’s lives (casual hangouts, chatting in the common spaces, roommate dinners). 8/1 start for year-long lease, with the possibility of starting in July.
A little about us: I’m a PhD student and my roommate is a pediatric nurse. We’re friendly, clean, and enjoy hanging out together. We enjoy having friends over occasionally (not during quarantine times), but are pretty quiet in general.
