Hello! I’m a 39 year old female with a pup who’s looking to find some people to rent with. I am open to different options as far as location, but would prefer the suburbs. I’ve been having trouble finding a roommate option that allows dogs. I will have a room available in November, here are the details:
2bd/2ba apartment in Kendall Sq with me. Your portion of the rent would be $2185, though the leasing office.
The apartment has an industrial style with large windows, with central AC, elevator in building and located conveniently close to shopping, restaurantes and the Kendall/MIT T stop. It also offers great amenities: 2 gyms, bike rooms, office spaces, rooftop and is pet-friendly.
I’m looking for someone to move in in December (with the possibility of an earlier move-in in November, with free rent for that month). The lease ends in mid-February, with renewal options available.
The room is spacious, with enough space for a bed and a home office, plus a private bathroom. You’ll be sharing the apartment with a me. I’m originally from Mexico, been living in the US from 3 years and I’m working at a tech company in Waltham. I’m looking for someone laid-back, respectful, and tidy, preferably a woman.
