Hello! Looking for a female sublet for a room in the Boston neighborhood of Brighton, starting as early as February 1st. Private bedroom with large closet and good sunlight.

The apartment is a 3bd/1bath with two other Christian women. Full kitchen with ample storage, living room, dining room, coin-operated laundry in basement, and parking lot (free). The apartment is kept very tidy and has beautiful common spaces. This bedroom and the common spaces get tons of sunlight 🙂

Location is close to the Scrub-a-dub in Brighton.
One roommate has a very sweet, 16yo dog (Yorkie), but she is solely responsible for him.

As both roommates have jobs and are additionally taking classes right now, the apartment is usually empty and/or quiet. They’re nice, though, and always down for an encouraging convo 😊
