Rent (Office): $1050This is a two-floor unit, and both of these rooms are on the upper floor and would share a bathroom adjacent to one of the rooms.

Utilities: Water/Trash Removal included, would share paying Internet/Gas/Electric

A little bit about us – we’re 22yo and 30yo working professionals, one who works as a software engineer (mostly in office) and the other who works in clinical research (mostly remote). We’re pretty laidback, easy-going people. We like to cook but clean up after ourselves. Hi! I’m anticipating a job offer in Boston that will have me move sometime in September. I’m a 28 year old woman who is very clean and quiet but still friendly too. I don’t drink or smoke, and my job will be in roslindale from 9:00 to 5:00 all weekdays. I’d really like to try living in the city without a car, so I’d love to learn more about the public transportation options near you and, of course, see photos of the unit .
I don’t cook a ton, but I do love to bake and always share the baked goods with others and clean up after myself afterwards. I Hope you like chocolate!
