Hey everyone!
A great rental deal for anyone wanting to live in a really cool neighborhood in a great house right in the heart of Davis Square! Woohoo!
The room will be available in January so need someone to fill the room ASAP.
You’ll be living with two other people (working professionals), both male and female. The house is located near Tufts University in Somerville, super close to Davis Square and Teale Squares. It’s really nice quiet neighborhood with a driveway and awesome people. Less than 10min walk to the grocery store and various other stores (very nice restaurants, cafes, hardware and barbers etc)
We have a huge living room, full kitchen, lounge, grand piano and plenty of space!
Rent is $900/mo with utilities included. If I you want to park in the driveway, the price is negotiable. There is also ample street parking.
