Mary ReynoldsGuest
We are a family of 4, plus a young cat, living near Union Square in Somerville.
The room is a spacious and sunny (the most sunny room in our house!), fully
furnished with bed, couch, dresser, bed side table & desk. There are two
windows and a closet. The room is set apart from the rest of the house,
providing some added privacy. Our home: 2 full bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen,
back porch and a small yard. Washer/dryer in basement. Dishwasher. Internet.
There is off-street parking for an additional fee (in our driveway).Location – nestled right between Inman Square and Union Square; about a 30
minute walk to Kendall-MIT and Harvard T-stops; 20 minute walk to Central
t-stop. A handful of buses pass within a few blocks (taking you to Harvard, MIT/Kendall, North Cambridge, etc.).Our family: We have two children – Lily who is 9.5 and Ash who is almost 6 years old. They are very social and friendly little people. My husband is a FT MDiv student at BU. I work part time as a yoga instructor and spiritual companion.
You: Non-smoker. Interested in living with a family (with young children).
Rent: $1100/month, everything included
Let me know how all of this sounds and if there is anything else you’d like to know!
Warmly,
~MaryDalena PassmoreGuestHi Mary!
The room you posted sounds great. What month are you looking to find someone to fill the room? I’ll be moving back to Boston in August or September. I’m an undergrad student at Suffolk, but I had to move home to California this last semester (covid). If this works for you, let me know!
Thank you,
Dalena PassmoreTori HileGuestHi Mary!
My name is Tori Hile. My husband and I will be moving to the area at the beginning of July. My husband will be studying at Harvard Divinity School and I’ll be working at Gordon College. We’d love to get in touch about living here!
