I am looking for a clean and considerate Christian female to rent a room in a 4BR/2.5 bath single-family house in Roxbury’s Fort Hill neighborhood. $1100 per month with utilities (ranges $100-200/month), from Sep 1, 2021 to January 1, 2022. A few details:
-Even though there are 4 bedrooms, there will be 3 female occupants total (including you!), because one room will be used as a guest bedroom
-Your room will on the 2nd floor – sunny, with a large closet. You can have your own full bathroom on a lower floor or share a bathroom on the 2nd floor with a roommate (I can share pictures once you reach out)
-The house has its own driveway that fits 3 cars in tandem, but there is also ample street parking for guests
-The house is walking distance (12 min) to the Roxbury Crossing T station on the Orange Line or walking distance (12 min) to Nubian Sq (a major bus hub)
-Very close to Northeastern University or the Longwood Medical area! Very accessible to Back Bay and Downtown.
-The house has a living room, dining room, kitchen, along with a family room in the finished basement for TV, etc.
-Washer/dryer in the finished basement
-Central AC/Heat
-The room is available from September 1, 2021 to January 1, 2022 (but there is some flexibility, so let’s talk!)
-The other 2 female roommates are in their 30s, working professionals, clean, and Christians – we’re looking for someone who would fit in well!Email: kim.euijin@gmail.com
