We are looking for another male roommate to join our intentional christian community in Somerville starting November 1st.
We like to keep things clean and orderly and communicate often. In general we’re pretty laid back and enjoy laughing as life happens. At the same time we also know life can be really tough and want to actively listen, encourage and engage in those hard conversations.
We come from different backgrounds, and attend multiple churches. Professionally, we work in biotech, design, engineering and business logistics. We’re pretty split introvert/extrovert wise and love sports, board games, Super Smash Bros, and bad jokes.
We live in the Ten Hills area in Somerville. It’s about 13 minutes walking distance to the Assembly Square T stop on the orange line. There’s also street parking if you have a car. We love our landlord, and have a good relationship with them.
Rent is $550 – $725 depending on the room size. Utilities average out to be about $100 a month over the hot and cold months. We have the top two floors, a dining room, common area and small office space. We’re also close to a small park and 5k running loop.
