We are two young professional women looking for a roommate to share a 3-bedroom, 1-bath, second floor apartment in Magoun Square in Somerville. The room is available now and would be a sublet until August 31st, 2018, and the new lease starts after that on September 1st, 2018. It’s small, but has one closet/one built-in shelf and fits a queen-size bed. Rent is $900/mo + utilities (heat, electric, internet).
We are asking for first/last month’s rent when you move in.
About Us: We both work full-time in the Boston area, are active volunteers in our respective churches, and spend a lot of our down time hanging out at home, cooking and watching Netflix. We keep a pretty clean house, are generally quiet, and enjoy bothering my cats as much as they allow it.
