We have a room available in our apartment off Dorchester Ave, right in between the JFK and Savin Hill stops on the red line. The room is $690/month plus utilities, available immediately. The lease goes until August 31, 2019 with the option to resign. The house is on the first floor of a triple-decker and has a shared living room, eat-in kitchen, large pantry, one full bath, back deck, and coin-op laundry in the basement. Street parking is free and generally easy to find. No cats or dogs. There are three other roommates, all females in their mid-twenties. We are fairly busy with graduate school, work, and church/community involvement, but also enjoy spending time in conversation — especially while cooking and watching movies. We do our best to keep a clean house and enjoy a relaxed environment for studying and hanging out. We are looking for find a fourth roommate — female, Christian, responsible, and laid back.
