Room available for Rent
Two rooms are available at our house in Dorchester, Massachusetts. We give rent both for short term (minimum 3 months) and long term (minimum one year). The rooms have enough space, furnished and with an attached brand new bathroom. Both rooms have enough heat in winter and AC in summer.
Our house is located in a safe neighborhood and very close to public transportation, T-Stop (bus, sub-way and commuter rail). Bus stop is three minute walk from our house. The bus ride is 5/7 minutes to Ashmont Station (Red line) and 10/12 minutes ride to Forest Hill station (Orange line). The Morton Street commuter rail station is close to our house. Commuter rail takes twenty minutes to reach Boston South Station. There is always enough street parking in front of our house and we have our own drive way.
Monthly rent for each room is $900.00 including utilities (electricity, gas, water). Y-Fi is complementary. First and last month rent by the time of moving is required. Any break and damage cost will be deducted from the last month deposit. Thirty days’ notice from either side is mandatory for move out. The last month rent will be considered as the rent for move out month subject to thirty days’ notice.
Good reference preferably reference from the church is required. We are looking for a single person preferably church going, responsible, matured and neat person either student or professional. Drinking and smoking are strictly prohibited at our premises. Pets are not allowed. Friends and relatives are not allowed at the room and premises. This type of category people from outside who come to Boston and has no place to stay in the city for a very short period of time we can also accommodate them depending upon the availability of room. We charge $50.00 per night for that. Good reference preferably reference from the church is required.
