Room for a Christian woman available in a 2 bed, single family house in East Boston.
A few details about the space:
– house is a small single family with a nicely sized backyard. First floor is a living room, kitchen, and dining room. Second floor is 2 bedrooms
– the available bedroom is large (currently has a queen bed, arm chair, dresser, and bookshelf), has a skylight, and overlooks the back yard. It also has its own (slightly weird) half bathroom. The half bath was definitely a closet at one point that was converted.
– Washer and dryer in the basement
– location is about a 10 minute walk from the Wood Island T stop on the blue line.
– rent is $750/month plus utilities.
– Move in is flexible. The room will be available in December, but a January move-in would also be fine.
A little bit about me….
I’m a Christian woman in my early 30s, who’s been in Boston for about a decade. I enjoy gardening, reading, baking bread, and watching soap operas from other countries. I’m pretty low key at home, but enjoy using my house for hospitality. I often have small dinner parties, reading groups, and prayer meetings at the house, but most weeknights the house is quiet. I would love for a housemate to also use the space for hospitality. I’m open to living with a grad student or another professional.
