Hello! We are looking for a Christian female roommate for our lovely Cambridge home. It will be a 7/1 or 8/1 move-in/lease start. Apt Location: Cambridge, Huron Village (West Cambridge, near Fresh Pond) specifically. Nearest T stop is Harvard (an easy walk), and there are several buses from the neighborhood that also go to Harvard Square. It takes less than 10 min. by bus to get to the Harvard stop.
Rent: $900 + utilities (~$90 each in the worst winter month). It’s a 3 bedroom/1 bathroom, so we would be splitting between 3 people.
Parking situation: easy on-street parking with Cambridge parking permit
Other Perks: We have a living room AND dining room, back porch, in-unit washer/dryer, pantry, dishwasher, and a *large* kitchen w/granite counters and a gas stove!
Neighborhood: There are fun local restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. It’s safe to walk around late at night.
Up front: Security deposit (one month’s worth) and also first month’s rent, but there’s no realtor’s fee.
Lease: This will be a 13 month lease since your room will be available 7/1. If you are coming on 8/1, then it will be a 12 month lease.
