We are launching a two-year internship for a gifted individual interested in a future in nonprofit management or ministry. Our intern will work at the church approximately thirty hours a week. Roughly two thirds of the work will be administrative, supporting our senior pastor and business manager in office and data management, Sunday production, and new person welcome. Roughly one third of the time will be a mentored experience working with a staff member or ministry. We are investigating ways for our intern to earn a free Master’s degree as well, and already have an MBA partnership lined up. If you’re interested, check out our job description.
