My wonderful nanny, a 38-year-old, hardworking woman from Colombia, is seeking a private room to rent in a safe and respectful home. She is looking in Dedham, Framingham, Waltham, Wellesley, Natick, Newton, and surrounding towns in MetroWest Massachusetts. She is incredibly responsible, clean, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces. She works full-time as a nanny, so she is out of the house during the day and typically keeps to herself in the evenings. She is a non-smoker, doesn’t have pets, and rarely has guests. She is very tidy and takes pride in her living environment. She is financially stable and can provide references, including from our family (her current employer). Ideally, she is looking for a private room with access to a shared bathroom and kitchen facilities. Access to laundry (in-unit or on-site) would be a significant plus. I saw your post about housing for your nanny. My housemates and I (all working professionals in our 30s) are seeking a fourth housemate for our home in Brighton. Seeking a Christian woman to a rent a beautiful, private, one-bedroom basement apartment in Brighton. The space is equipped with a bedroom (including a large closet), living room, kitchenette, bathroom, and private entrance. Three other women live in the home. Shared spaces are the upstairs kitchen, dining room, living room, and sunroom. The basement renter will have the entire basement *to herself. Rent is $1,800 (not including utilities, which get split between all housemates).
The house itself is gorgeous/spacious. There are three parking spots in our driveway and free street parking, as well as a back patio area and side yard. We also have a garage mainly for storage (and attic storage space, if needed). The neighborhood is quiet.
The three of us in the home are all working professionals in our 30’s and attend the same church. We enjoy spending time together when our paths cross and value quiet, rest, and solitude within the home. The available apartment is ideal for someone who shares these values and whose Christian faith is the foundation of her life.
