Need Female Roommate for 9/1 Lease in 3 bed/1bath in East Boston (cat friendly)

I’m in search of 1 Christian woman to join a lease (soon) for my small 3bed/1 bath apartment in East Boston. You’d be signing a 1-year lease beginning Sept 1.
There is a washer/dryer in unit and a dishwasher!
Room is $1100 (+ ~30-140 utilities)
The room is unfurnished. It will be vacant late August, and move-in can be as soon as that. It’s a HUGE room, so perfect if you work from home at all or just enjoy your space & it gets beautiful sunlight.

Note: It doesn’t have a built-in closet, but it is large enough for a wardrobe/dresser/clothing rack.

Relevant notes: The apartment is 4 minutes (2 blocks) from the Maverick T stop on the Blue Line and 5 minutes from the waterfront. It takes about 5 minutes to get downtown. It is on the 3rd floor. Smoking is not allowed. I also own a timid, but people-friendly cat.

Grocery store, pharmacies, convenience stores and tons of delicious food within a few blocks to the apartment as well!
