The Massachusetts Council of Churches, following several years of strategic planning, moved to implement a new board structure at the Feb. 6, 2016 Annual Meeting, and approved a budget to enable the implementation of a new staffing structure as well.
The new staff configuration is conceived of as a team model, with Rev. Laura Everett continuing in her work as Executive Director, former Administrative Coordinator Rev. Meagan Manas promoted to the half-time position of Director of Internal Relationships, and a search now launched for the half-time position of Director of External Relationships.
Please share our joy as Rev. Meagan Manas is promoted to “Director of Internal Relationships!”
