One room available for September 1 lease on the third level of a 3-bedroom townhouse. Apt is located on a quiet street in Somerville – equal distance from Davis Sq. and Porter Sqs. The walk to Davis Sq. is along the community path (nice, quiet, flat). Highland Ave bus between Davis and Lechmere & the Broadway bus between Davis and Sullivan Sq are both only a 5 minute walk from the house. Off-street parking, washer/dryer in basement (NOT coin-operated), basement storage and patio.
We are Christian women, one a professional in her 30s and one a grad student in her mid 20s. We are both active in serving our churches and community. We prefer a casual and relaxed home atmosphere where housemates can chat and hang out if wanted, but also value alone time. We enjoy having friends over from time to time for dinner, but we try to make the house comfortable and respectful for all housemates. No pets, please.
