Looking for a clean, responsible, and respectful tenant to occupy one bedroom in a spacious 2 – bedroom, 1 full bathroom apartment. You will have access to a shared living space, kitchen, backyard and a comfortable layout with plenty of storage space. Move-in date September 1, 2026. Rent is $1325 per month.
Street parking with a coin-operated washer and dryer in basement is also included.

I am a 34 year old working professional male and am looking for a fellow Christian roommate. I work hybrid during the week.

Ideal roommate should be respectful with quiet hours during the night time on weeknights.

– No smoking/vaping
– Clean and respectful shared space required
– Quiet hours observed
– No pets

– First month’s rent – $1325
– Security deposit of one month’s rent
Rent includes water. Tenant is responsible for shared gas, electricity and the internet (possibly YouTube TV as well).
