Looking for Female Roommates: 1 in June and 1 in September
—North Dorchester: JFK/Savin Hill. 7 minute walk from JFK Red Line—
—$750/month including Heat, Electricity, DirecTV, and FIOS Internet—We’re a group of Christian women living together and looking for a new person who wants to join us in North Dorchester in June as well as another person at the start of September.
The 3 family house has 12 people in it who live in three separate apartments and connect on a weekly basis.
There are 4 guys in the first floor apartment, 4 girls in the second floor apartment, and a young, married couple and their 2 small children on the third floor.
Each apartment has its own:
Kitchen
4 bedrooms
Living room
Bathroom
Washer/dryer
Back porchOur floor operates pretty much like any other apartment. We each have our own room, do our own grocery shopping, and share the chores to keep the place clean.
As a house, we have dinner together once a week (on Sunday nights) and take turns cooking (you’ll cook with a partner about once every 6 weeks). Additionally, we have women’s time once a week to study the Bible or a topical book, and to catch up on each other’s lives.
As much as we love connecting with others, we also value giving everyone as much space as they need to thrive.
Rent: $750/month per person and includes utilities, high speed internet, and cable.
Parking: There is on-street parking right in front of the building, and it’s usually not very difficult to find a spot.

Approximately a 7-minute walk to either JFK-UMASS T Station or Savin Hill T Station (Both on the red line)

We are looking for tenants to rent rooms at our house in Dorchester, Massachusetts. We have two rooms available from April, 2019. Both rooms have enough space with big closets and furnished. The room has enough heat in winter and AC in summer, but shared bathroom.
Our house is located in a safe neighborhood and very close to public transportation, T-Stop (bus, sub-way and commuter rail). Bus stop is three minute walk from our house. The bus ride is 5/7 minutes to Ashmont Station (Red line) and 10/12 minutes ride to Forest Hill station (Orange line). The Morton Street commuter rail station is close to our house. Commuter rail takes twenty minutes to reach Boston South Station. There is always enough street parking in front of our house and we have our own drive way.
We are looking for Christian single person, church going, responsible, matured and neat person either student or professional. Drinking and smoking are strictly prohibited at our premises. Pets are not allowed. Good reference preferably reference from church pastor is required.
Monthly rent for each room is $800.00 including utilities (electricity, gas, water). Y-Fi is complementary. One month deposit/security and one month rent by the time of move is mandatory.
