Hi! We are looking for a woman to take over one of our rooms in a 4 bed, 1 bath apartment starting July 1st 2023. The lease would be from July 1st 2023 to June 30th 2024.
The place is located in a quiet neighborhood just 2 minutes walk away from the Ball Sq T stop on the new Green Line extension and about 20 minutes walk from Davis Square T stop on the Red Line. It is very close to Tuft University. Amenities include a spacious kitchen with a dishwasher, living room with a small sunroom attached, a small backyard with a fire pit and patio, coin-operated washer/dryer available in the basement, street parking with permit.
You will be sharing the house with 3 other women professionals in their mid- 20s. We are catholic, easy going, we like to keep things tidy.
Rent: $900 per month (First, last month and security deposit is due when you move in)
Utilities: Gas, electric, and WiFi amount to $70-100 per month depending on the season; water is included in the rent.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed per the lease agreement.
