Hello!!
My name is Vanessa. I am looking for a female roommate to move in on Sept 1. Lease must be signed by July 31. Rent: 950$ plus utilities (electrical + internet). No gas.
Apartment is located in East Cambridge. The bedroom is small, it has carpet floor, one window, and a closet. The apartment has one bathroom, living room & small kitchen. Street parking. No laundry. No pets allowed.
Location is super convenient. Lechmere station 5 min walk distance, so is Cambridge Crossing, Twin City Plaza & Cambridgeside mall. There are blue bike stations everywhere.
A little about me: I work full time remotely. I am Catholic and serve as a missionary at a catholic community based here in Cambridge. I love playing sports: tennis, soccer & volleyball. I play weekly. I also like to workout, walk, and bike. I am very outdoorsy, an introvert & a very chill person!
In a roommate, I am looking for someone who likes to be in community, who is open to be friends, not just a “roommate”, and someone who is neat and clean.
