Looking for a female to fill an $800/month room available to sublet starting mid-May, with the potential to renew on the lease in the fall. The room has wooden floors, two windows for natural light, and a backyard view to green space. Common areas include two living room areas and a common balcony/porch area – has good natural lighting and great sunset views. There are 5-other women in the home, some of whom will be away for all or part of the summer and we’re located near Davis Square on the Sommerville-Medford line.
