Hi! My name is Natalie, I’m a young professional (31 yo) who is looking for a female Christian roommate who has a room they would like to fill, or who would be interested in looking for a new 2 bed 2 bath apartment together. I’ll be working in Kendall Square and Fenway-Kenmore areas so I’d love to find a place with a decent commute by car as well as easy access to the T.
A bit about me: I am an amicable, quiet, and organized person. I love to cook at home. I enjoy a good Netflix series, as well as books, puzzles, crafts, board games, and taking care of my houseplants. I also enjoy having guests over during reasonable hours and enjoy a good dinner outing with friends on the weekends.
I’m most interested in apartments in the Somerville, Medford, Malden, or Cambridge areas, or as far south as JP, Roslindale, Quincy, or Dorchester areas. My ideal budget is $1800-$2000 base rent (split). I also have a car, so would need to find easy parking somewhere close by on the street or have that as an option as part of the rental agreement. Preferences for the unit would include a decent sized kitchen, with a dishwasher in-unit and options for laundry on-site or in-unit.
Importantly, I also have a pet cat–she’s super friendly and loves people but I understand that is a consideration for people with allergies!
My first day of work is in July so ideally I’d love to be able to move in by the end of June, but I am willing to sign a lease start date as early as May.
