Hello! I’m Kaitlin, I am planning to move to Boston in January 2020 for a new job and looking for a room to rent. I am a nerdy, social introvert that loves to bake, spend time with friends, watch movies, explore new places, eat brunch, and read. I am a very clean, friendly, respectful, organized individual who is looking to make Boston her new home. I’m looking for someone to sublease my room starting in February. It’s near central square and with two other females. I’ve loved living there and have been there for four years, but am moving over to Dorchester since I’m in the process of buying a condo. Rent is $733 + utilities.
