Looking for a female roommate in JP 3 bedroom – 9/1

Hi,
I’m looking for a new roommate for Sept 1, with the possibility of a mid August move in. The apartment is located in Jamaica Plain and rent is $900 per month, which includes heat and hot water. The other utilities come to less than $50 per month. The apartment is in a great area of JP near many restaurants, stores and parks. It’s also located very close to public transportation.

A little bit about me; I’m 28 and have lived in JP for about 5 years. I’m part of a church that’s in the neighborhood and I work with children. The other roommate is also a woman in her 20s. We’re both pretty easy going and friendly.
