We’re looking for 2 roommates (male or female) to join our Christian community on Sept 1st!

The Rooms:
12’x11′ bedroom with 3 windows, ceiling fan, closet and spacious porch (12’x6′) — $819/month
11’x10′ with 2 windows and ceiling fan — $714
Utilities cost $50-80/month. We all pitch-in for house supplies as well.

The Community:
We are Christians (3 women and 1 man) of various ages and diverse backgrounds. We strive for a community where each person is invested in getting to know the other people in the house, supporting & encouraging each other, and generally having fun together. While we value community, we also lead fully independent lives apart from each other. We eat together most Sunday nights and would look forward to you joining this rhythm.

The House:
We have the 2nd and 3rd floors of a beautiful, well-maintained, three-story home in Cambridge.

Amenities include:
— 2 full bathrooms
— 2 porches overlooking a park
— Cheerful eat-in kitchen (with 2 refrigerators)
— Spacious common areas — living & dining rooms, as well as a sitting/guest room
— Plenty of space for peaceful solitude
— Free laundry!!! — in-unit washer and dryer
— Wireless internet, dishwasher
— Permit parking on the street — residential area so plenty of spaces available

The Location:
~10 minute walk to Kendall Sq T (red line) or Lechmere T (green line). Excellent access to public transportation.
~10 minute walk to Star Market (Twin City Plaza)
~5 minute walk to Cambridgeside Galleria (2 blocks away)
~5 minute walk to the Charles River
~30 second walk to a park behind the house with basketball courts and a community garden
