I currently share a bedroom in a 3 bedroom apt in Cambridge and am looking for a Christian female to sublease this room while I am away for a summer internship. Availability is from June 5 to August 31. Location is an 8ish minute walk from the Central Square red line T-stop and within close walking distance of many bus routes as well. Rent is $805, utilities included. Free laundry in the basement. Permit only parking on the street is available and very limited off street parking. Would be best to not have a car, but it is possible to make it work. My roommate, who you’d be sharing the room and a bathroom with, is a PhD student and she has been great to live with.
