I am looking for a female roommate for an awesome two-bedroom apartment in Dorchester, just a 3-minute walk from the JFK/UMass stop on the red line. Lease begins 6/1, $800/mth + utilities. Apartment includes in-unit laundry, living room, dining room, porch, shared backyard, and basement storage. I am in my early thirties and work in campus ministry, loving to host ministry (and all sorts of things) things at home during non-pandemic times. I am extroverted yet also happy to spend evenings watching TV, drinking tea, reading a good book, etc.
