My current roommate is moving out-of-state to start a new job and I’m looking for someone to replace her starting in January and extending through the end of July, with the possibility of renewing the lease in August. My apartment is a small-but-pleasant 2BD/1BA located off of Mass Ave between Porter and Harvard Squares. Rent is $1125.50/month per person with heat and hot water included.
