A female roommate is needed to fill a beautiful 1 master bedroom for $850 in Watertown. Features wooden floors in the bedroom, with tile in the bathrooms/kitchen and carpet in the hallway and living room. Apartment has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, so you’d be sharing with 2 other female roommates in their late 20’s to mid 30’s. Roommates keep the apartment relatively clean and quiet, with the occasional parties or gatherings. You’d have the master bedroom with its own half bathroom, as well as parking space in the garage! (Neither of the two roommates have cars.)
