In this role, you will build relationships with international students, mobilize local churches and volunteers, and lead Bible discussions and cultural events to extend hospitality and share the gospel. As part of the Cambridge ministry team, you’ll create a welcoming community where students from all nations can encounter Jesus and experience transformational relationships.
📍 Location: Cambridge, MA (must live near the campus where you serve)
💼 Flexible full-time or part-time options
💰 Salary: $25,709 – $80,000 (support-raised) + benefits

✔ Establish a presence on campus and connect with students, university staff, and church partners
✔ Mobilize volunteers to engage in discipleship and cross-cultural outreach
✔ Organize cultural events and lead Bible discussion groups for international students
